Directions

Our premises are located on the second floor of the Gewerbepark Riethmüller. You’ll find the Gewerbepark Riethmüller in the heart of Kirchheim directly opposite Kirchheim Castle at the intersection of Alleenstraße and Schülestraße.

Attention: Our entrance is on the building side and is accessed via Schülestraße (at the zebra crossing, opposite the large brick chimney). At the courtyard entrance on Schülestraße and at/in the stairwell you’ll see black signs with the Dein-Mietstudio / Teckstudio logo – you’re in the right place! You’ll find us on the second floor.

Loading / unloading

Of course you may park briefly on the premises for loading and unloading.

But please don’t stop in the middle of the way or the passage to the rear yard and move your car immediately after loading / unloading.

Elevator?

There are no passenger elevators in the building – in most cases that means taking the stairs.

However, there is a freight elevator all the way at the back (by the office) in the studio. Since it’s a freight elevator only, using it is a bit tricky: Information on usage can be found here.

Parking

"We recommend parking at the Nanz-Center (see below, only 100 metres from the studio).

Unfortunately we only have two customer parking spaces on the Riethmüller site. The chance that one is free is therefore rather slim. 😔

Never park on other people’s spaces on the premises and make sure that your clients, models, companions, makeup artists, … do not park illegally either.

Towing or wheel clamps are not excluded!

Be sure to inform all your shoot participants in advance about the parking options and preferably send the link to this page directly!

Parking options (very close by):

• NANZ-CENTER (P6)
  The cheapest parking option is parking in the Nanz-Center (only about 100 m from the studio). The parking area is open 24 hours, partly covered, and the fee is only €3 per day.
• TECK-CENTER
  Alternatively you can also park at the Teck-Center – but it’s a bit further away.
• Parkhaus “Am Krautmarkt”
  This parking garage is only recommended to a limited extent due to the significantly higher rates.
• On the street
  You may also be able to park on the street. During the day, however, only for a limited number of hours and for a fee.
  Caution: The Kirchheim public order office works at full speed. 😎
