Studio 10 is located on the third floor (rear stairs)!
Tenant access is done normally via our main entrance.
For access you need – as for Studio 9 – your own key ring.

Studio 10 is currently still under construction and some settings are still a work in progress.
What you see in the pictures is fully available – the pictures always reflect the current state.

Overview

Studio 10 offers you about 120 sqm of a modern industrial loft look with a large window front.

The space is divided:

• The front area offers you a great vinyl floor and a huge light wall (€20 surcharge).
• The rear half (approx. 8 x 5 meters) is completely white and has a long window front with five large windows.
• An old freight elevator (functional, see pictures) is part of the studio and can be used for photography or to bring e.g. your motorcycle into the studio.

Daylight in Studio 10

The studio has a large window front with plenty of light from the south/south-west direction. The window area provides – of course depending on weather and time of day – direct sunshine.

Of course, as in all our daylight studios, curtains are installed: there are white, thin curtains to diffuse daylight and black, lightproof curtains to darken completely. All curtains can be moved and divided freely along the entire window front. See pictures.

Equipment

Studio 10 currently offers you the following equipment:

• 5 x large window (with curtains, white and black)
• 1 x large light wall (approx. 4.5 x 2.5 meters, €20 flat fee surcharge)
• Decoration (various chairs, tables, boxes,…)
• Large dressing room (with table, mirror,…)
• Freight elevator directly in the studio (functional, photo‑able)
