Studio rental prices

Notes

• All prices in euros per hour (gross, incl. 19% VAT).
• The minimum billing per studio is one hour (60 minutes)
• Holiday = Sunday -> Weekend prices apply
• Including all studio equipment and extensive gear in Equipment Storage 1
• Including full access to the decoration storage
• Information for new customers (Must read!!!)

Information about your studio reservation

Reservation of your studio rental

Reservations are handled exclusively online via the booking calendar:

Spacing rules (before / after a rental)

• Before an existing reservation you must allow at least 15 minutes buffer
• After an existing reservation you must allow at least 30 minutes buffern

Example:

The calendar shows a booking from 15:30 to 18:00

• • You can reserve before this booking up to 15:15 at the latest
  • You can reserve after this booking no earlier than 18:30

Calculation of the studio rental fee

• The hourly rate at the start time of the rental is always decisive for calculating a studio rental
• The minimum rental per studio is 60 minutes, but of course you can still use it for a shorter time 🙂
• 75% of the rental period you reserved is always billed in full; after that billing is by the minute
  Example: You reserve four (4) hours; at least three hours (= 75 %) will be charged in full - even if you finish earlier. From three hours onwards, your usage will then be billed to the minute, exactly according to studio use
• Rental start: First entry into the studio
• Rental end: Final exit from the studio

Discounts (studio rentals)

• From 4 h rental duration there is a 10% discount on the regular rental price
• From 6 h rental duration there is a 15% discount on the regular rental price
• From 8 h rental duration there is a 20% discount on the regular rental price
  
• 10 h is the maximum rate, you reserve If you reserve longer, you still only pay for a maximum of ten hours.
  (Period max. 09:00 to 08:59 the following day)
  
  ATTENTION: You must still reserve the period you need(!) and the minimum consumption (75%, or max. 10 h) always refers to the period you reserved! If you reserve too tightly and another renter is scheduled, that renter naturally has priority.
  
• If several studios rented directly one after another are rented, the total rental duration is decisive for the discount
• For multi-day full-day rentals there is an additional 10% discount
• Regular customers receive further discounts depending on rental frequency and duration
• Pupils and students receive a 10% discount upon presentation of a valid pupil/student ID at the start of the rental (of course the renter must be a student)

Cancellation (studio rentals, equipment rentals)

The cancellation fee depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made and whether the appointment is on a weekday (Mon-Fri) or on a weekend/holiday (Sat/Sun).

Attention:
The relevant time for the calculation is the moment the appointment is deleted online in the booking calendar.
Cancellations by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, etc. are not foreseen and are only possible in emergencies. In these cases, the time of our deletion confirmation is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee.

Please always delete reservations immediately and directly online in the booking calendar!

Surcharges for equipment & devices

Each studio has a basic equipment - included in the rental price. You can find this at the respective studio under properties.

Assistance / solo workshops / support / ...

A studio attendant is available by phone to all customers at any time and can actively help with all questions and problems regarding the equipment and the studios.

If an active attendant (training, assistance, ...) is needed on-site during shootings, this can be additionally "booked". The assistance costs €10 per 15 minutes - so it's more than affordable and should of course be arranged in advance.
